Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast region of North America

C&K is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast region of North America located preferably in Dallas, TX.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing manufacturers’ rep, direct Customer and distribution branch relationships.

Travel throughout the Southeast US is required up to 75% of the time including local Customer visits.

Technical acumen and the ability to sell product and technology are required. An ME or EE degree are preferred.

Product Marketing Manager – EMEA region


Plans, organizes, controls and promotes assigned product lines to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives.

Approximately 30% travel required throughout the EMEA region.

Ideally based in the C&K office in Serris, France.


• Attain specific short and long term sales and margin objectives through the promotion and support of assigned product lines.

• Feed the global Marketing organization with market data and general trends in the region to drive new product development efforts and to generate specific marketing material and actions.

• Propose operational, tactical and strategic marketing activities to increase C&K visibility and penetration in EMEA.

• Set special prices and pricing contracts for customers in EMEA, in line with the corporate pricing policy.

• Assist the sales network with technical and marketing support, both during joint customer visits and remotely from the office.

• Conduct product sales training classes to internal sales and customers.

• Track and manage New Business Opportunities with the sales network and drive actions to convert them into revenue.

• Execute the market launches of newly release C&K products.

• Provide monthly product forecasts for the EMEA region in coordination with the sales organization.

• Provide monthly activity report for the EMEA region in line with the corporate reporting format.


Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, business degree is a plus.

5+ years of professional experience in Product Management or Sales/Marketing. Experience in sub-miniature electro-mechanical components is highly desirable.

Strong Computer skills, at ease with commonly used office software packages.

Capable of perfectly managing business in English, both in writing and speaking.

Experience in an international business to business environment is a plus.
