Executive Assistant and Office Manager


It is the responsibility of the Executive Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to the executive staff at C&K Components. As the Office Manager provides support for all events and office activities.

  1. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
  2. Provide professional presentation material for use with Customers, Distributors, Board of Directors and any internal or external constituent of the business
  3. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements and expense reports
  4. Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  5. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
  6. Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  7. Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  8. Co-ordinate project-based work
  9. Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
  10. Maintains office supplies inventory anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  11. Coordinate all group events, meetings and site visits
  12. Contract administration including logging and closing contract requests
  13. Organizing and maintaining files and records. Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
  14. Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  15. Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

  1. 5 years experience providing support at a high level
  2. Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite. Expert in PowerPoint
  3. Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  4. Bachelors degree an advantage

Regional Distribution Manager - Germany / UK / Poland


  1. Develop Sales to industrial companies through a distribution network
  2. Identify new opportunities to design in C&K products to OEMs and close the deals
  3. Manage / drive a distribution network (sales, inventory management, commercial activities) to maximize POS sales   
  1. Visit 4 days a week industries to create demand and design in
  2. Manage intimacy to develop sales with the distribution network
  3. Assess distributors potential / Competition / Business Opportunities and Share shift
  4. Ensure technical knowledge and competencies
  5. Ensure products availability by assessing and challenging inventory
  6. Take control of top POS customers
  7. Launch new products
  8. Develop and maintain new business opportunities to maximize growth, manage the opportunities' funnel
  9. Identify, anticipate end of life and loss of business and build a mitigation plan
  10. Identify and engage prospects
